Hi Crushers, In this quick video we are going to see how you can open a support ticket if you are already a GMB Crush user.
To help us better identify a possible error, please include as much information as possible in your support request, such as screenshots or desktop video recordings.
All you have to do is visit the GMB Crush website at gmbcrush.com click to the support button at the top right, and follow my steps.
To log into the support portal you can use your gmail, facebook or twitter account. Please use only one of these 3 methods, and not the login information used on GMB Crush as they will not work.
Once the support page has loaded, click on Access Our customer Support Portal.
Completed all necessary steps using your preferred login method, you can open a new support ticket or choose to check the status of an existing ticket.
If you are already logged into the software instead, just click the support button on the bar at the bottom and repeat the same steps.
If you have already opened a support ticket, you will receive an answer within an average of a few hours up to a maximum of 8 hours, depending on your time zone.
