Expertise

Companies can't just tell people they are experts in their field or industry, they have to prove it.

Expressing competence means having content both on the site and on your business listing that reflects the competence of the company.

I suggest you to insert on the product and service pages technical details and precise references that express the sense of competence regarding the product or service offered.

Authoritativeness

When consumers are looking for answers, and solutions to their problems, they turn to the local company which is obviously an authority in that area.

The authority of each list is not only expressed by the quantity of reviews and the high rating, but also by how Google calculates the level of penetration of the brand itself on the territory.

There are several Google patents that demonstrate how Google is able to calculate the level of authority over a brand in the area, not only based on brand searches coming from different geographies, but also from the aggregation of data from different sources to which Google attributes weights.

Trustworthiness
