Hello friends! After a brief break, we are ready to pick up the shovel and dig deeper into demystifying Texas politics. Our show has a few changes that we are excited to share with you.

- Emphasis on the D word - Democracy! We will be asking each guest ‘What does democracy mean to you?’ And we want listeners to share too! Send us a voice memo to info@gobehindtheballot.com and we will play your answers on future shows.
- Shorter Episodes. We sent out a listener survey and you told us that you would prefer shower shows around the 30-40 minute mark. That’s our goal going forward.
- Episodes will be released once a week on Thursdays.
