There are certain movies that just beg us for the GMGB treatment. Sitting way below a three star rating, The Love Guru is one such movie. Our fans have no doubt been wondering when we would get to the steaming pile of elephant droppings that this movie wants us to laugh at. Mike Myers sure has hit quite a few home runs in his innings as a comic lead, however seeing him bumble around making silly-face as Guru Pitka brings to mind an old boxer coming back in the ring for another round, well past their prime and struggling to hang on to old glory. One thing’s for sure – even Muhammad Ali could land more punches now than Myers landed good jokes in this.
