Mindy Turner is the NMSU Extension/4-H Youth Specialist. She visits with me about the New Mexico 4-H program and the different 4-H events that are offered to 4-H youth in the state (Home Economics School, Senior Leadership Retreat, State 4-H Conference). Did you know there are different delivery methods for the 4-H program? She explains in-school, special interest and the traditional club 4-H delivery mode.
