We discussed Eddie Cummings, and some team break up history in the sport.
We discussed the date announcement of the 2021 IBJJF World Championships and the announcement of 2 different GP both a heavyweight and a middleweight event.
We discussed the Stacked lightweight bracket for the upcoming WNO championship event being put on by Flograppling, and discussed some of the possibilities for matchups in the bracket.
In our recap of fight to win 178 we discussed the late come-from-behind victory that Xande Ribeiro took over Felipe Trovo, with an armbar attempt in the closing moments of the match. we discussed the chain attacks from Trovo, and how he was able to attack both the upper and lower body seamlessly.
In our discussion of Osvaldo "Queixinho" Moizinho vs Pedro Dias, we discussed the Fantastic lapel work and defensive ability of Dias, coupled with a great elevator sweep from Queixinho. We also discussed the great guard pull timing, and tactical adjustments made in the match.
In Victor Hugo vs Guilherme Augusto, we took a look at the numerous leg entries that Hugo attempted on Augusto, and discussed the range play that prevented Victor from being able to turn his hips into the knee bar.
