Jen and Josh have death with a great deal of Spiritual Warfare in and out of their marriage however the details of these attacks have never been mentioned publicly. Part of the warfare Josh deals with and has been escalated through sobriety are the attacks through night terrors and day”night”mares of suicidal thoughts. The thoughts are birthed through second and third attempts of enemy attacks on Joshua. First its vivid images of sex and drug use, then attacks of guilt…… If guilt sticks around long enough, the attacks of “kill yourself” or “just end it” “There is no escape from this, just kill yourself”, “I am going to get you one way or another, just give up, end it!” and more happen. Sobriety has been a key bonding agent along with their Faith for Jennifer Evans and Joshua, and the Spiritual attacks for them have come in a variety of forms. All scary. How are they working through this? How are they defeating the “enemy”? How are Jen and Josh protecting themselves?
