This episode finds ourselves in Riverside Illinois at Quincy Street Distillery. We have done a lot of interviews and sometimes it can be a bit of work to carry a conversation. However that was not the case at Quincy Street Distillery. Derrick Mancini, the owner is a veritable encyclopedia of whiskey lore and more specifically of whiskey in illinois. Derrick and his distiller are making turn of the century whiskey along with a whole host of other whiskies and spirits.
