These reveal the technical glitches and the overly aggressive marketing the company is experiencing. Apple, Inc now has earned the moniker as the "most sued company" as its' unethical behavior has resulted in billions of dollars in judgements for infringement on other company's patents. We discuss a number of these cases here.
