Quadruple amputee Alex Lewis has taken on an incredible challenge. He's rowing from Falmouth to Dover and then cycling back again.
As he made his way along the western Solent in his converted Flying 15, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston joined him to row from Hurst Castle to Yarmouth.
