It’s very confronting to discover your hair is thinning or that you have had a bald patch in the back of your head.

And that’s why it’s so brave when women come onto the podcast and speak about their hair loss.

In this episode, Bridget (that’s an alias) speaks to Bambi about her hair loss for the first time. She talks about discovering she had bald patches, living with a husband with long luscious locks and why true beauty doesn’t come from your what’s on the outside.

You'll also find out more about how to search for the real reason you’re losing your hair.

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • The difference between triggers and causes
  • Why female hair loss is so different to male pattern balding
  • How to get your detective hat on and start searching for those underlying causes
