Happy New Year! I hope that you were able to plan some achievable goals that will help you grow this year. I hope that you will also be able to network more this year.Good luck with your goals.

Let’s talk about failure. People are afraid of failure. I think that you should “double your failure”. It is important to fail because you learn from your mistakes. At times you will make a mistake and never make that same mistake again, and others you may repeat. After a while you will be able to develop a habit to stop that mistake.

• Learn from your mistakes
• Don’t be afraid to fail
• Don’t be afraid to try something new

To help learn about avoiding mistakes, you need to reach out to people in your network and ask them about mistakes they have made in the past and what they learned from them. If you learn about other people’s mistakes, you may be less likely to make the same ones.
