Instead of the moon, Diana lassos long time friend Kevin Lester to talk about It’s a Wonderful Life (1946). Kevin shares that he appreciated how the movie didn’t shy away from the darker elements and the struggle of a character always trying to do right by others. With many re-watches, he finds more to enjoy each time. Diana finally crosses this movie off her to-watch list, but may have to watch again since she saw the colorized version.

Bask in the hilarity of The Simpsons and Saturday Night Live references we make. As of the writing of these show notes, the Christmas with the Joker episode of Batman the Animated Series is available to watch online.

An angel is sent from Heaven to help a desperately frustrated businessman by showing him what life would have been like if he had never existed. James Stewart, Donna Reed, Lionel Barrymore, Thomas Mitchell, Henry Travers, and directed by Frank Capra. (from IMDb.com)
