In just a few months, mortgage interest rates have increased from 3% to 6% and it's been a lot to keep up with. We’re joined by Chris Smith, a local mortgage lender and specialist, and OG friend of the show, to talk about the recent rate hikes, mortgage-related misconceptions, and how cooler heads prevail in times like these. Chris drops some knowledge, talks all-things Philly, and gives some tips, such as "Marry the house. Date the rate." Pour some tequila on the rocks and join us!

Featured Drinks: Neshaminy Creek 611 Porter, Southern Tier IPA, Tequila & San Pellegrino Blood Orange

Chris Smith: 8:12

Dina's Downloads: 49:57
