Glenn Alan Smith is the Founder and CEO of Peak Growth Partners, LLC. Peak Growth Partners helps both not-for-profit and for-profit business leaders identify strategic gaps in their organizational, operational, financial, systems, messaging, and marketing. Glenn has been married to his wife Jennifer for 36 years. He has two grown sons, a daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.

He volunteers for Lifeline Global Ministries, a prison ministry serving the families of the incarcerated. For the last 10 years he has been to prisons around the country volunteering at Lifeline’s Returning Hearts Celebrations.
