Welcome to another episode of Have a Chat, todays guest is Mitch Jowett.

Mitch moved from Maitland to Sydney at the age of 5 with the family, He loves his sports and fitness and is a big family man.

Rugby League has always been a big passion for the Jowett family and Mitch is no different, at the age of 17 Mitch began his career playing professional Rugby League for the Manly sea Eagles. Mitch experienced a few set backs having 3 ACL injuries and at the age of 22 he had to make the hard decision to retire from professional Rugby League. He talks about transitioning into a new career which gave him purpose outside of sport.

We also talk about some of his other great achievements like graduating from University, creating a family, and building a career after footy.

Mitchy still loves staying fit and active and when he can he trains @thecubgym in Brookvale
