Paul has always been involved in team sports especially Rugby Union from a very young age, through the success on the field and playing with future leaders of the game he learnt a lot about team work and working together to achieve success and how to develop health through mind and body. Paul has defiantly taken what he learnt from sport into his professional career as he is able to develop great rapport with clients and stakeholders resulting in growing relationships and maximising opportunities.
Paul’s biggest adventure has got to be his twin boys and family life, and shares great light on this new journey unravelling.
