Today's guest is Samantha Williams a mum, wife teacher and gym owner. Sam Williams is the founder of Eumundi fitness located in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Sam started out being a school teacher and has expanded into running her own business in the fitness industry. Sam shares great insight in how being a teacher has similar characteristics when it come to being a fitness instructor. Some of things that are mentioned are caring for others, helping achieve outcomes, overcome hurdles, working together and just being available when they need someone. Sam talks about the hurdles and challenges she faced when starting Eumundi Fitness and also falling pregnant with her second child. Sam explained the importance of having a strong community of people around you and how it helped her through this challenging time.

Sam is a very strong believer in building communities, having this approach has allowed her to create this amazing community in Eumundi Fitness. This was recently recognised with Sam Williams taking out the Australian Fitness Award for Group Instructor of 2020. What a great Acknowledgement for Sam and the members of Eumundi Fitness.

Sam is so very passionate about supporting men, women and children to reach their health, well being and fitness goals effectively
