Kelsey Cooper just recently worked as a Production Assistant for Jannik on his last gig as a Set Dresser. She is currently in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where film production has recently expanded over the last few years. Oklahoma's film hub, which Kelsey calls "Native Hollywood", has helped create more representation for Native American storytelling on Cherokee land. With a Masters degree in Indigenous People's Law and experience as an activist, Kelsey has turned to filmmaking with hopes to help spread awareness of her native heritage and further connect with her Cherokee roots through the art of storytelling. Helping to weave new stories through the stories of old.
