A lot of us have at one point, whether it's currently or in the past been faced with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It could be an outcome of combat or law enforcement exposure, physical assault, childhood physical abuse, accidents, and even threats being posed to you. Growing up, you kind of had no choice when it came to exposure. After you identify your triggers, you now face the depression that may follow. You want to just be okay or "normal," but there are so many pressures hindering it from all disappearing. How do we deal with or even begin acknowledging the triggers as well as their aftermath?⁠
