Steven sits down with professional MMA fighter Matt "Monster" Paul and jiu jitsu competitor John "Squatch" Mejia to watch UFC 230. Matt gives some news to what he has planned in the near future, as well as his take on the UFC's middleweight fighters. John brings up great stories from the past and he spoons a bunch of "HotSalsa" early in the podcast. Late in the episode the electric Dean Ballenger calls in and tells the listeners why he wasn't here for the companion, along with some hot takes.
