Serena is an expert People Management professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources strategy working across complex, disparate ecosystems, where she demonstrates her true capabilities as an innovative thinker and change-maker in the field. As a member of Groups North America Executive Committee, Serena is a key player in designing, driving, and championing Groups people strategy.

Before joining GroupM in 2018, Serena held multiple senior roles in executive People leadership at Aventura and the Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC) where she drove the ongoing people and business transformation at one of the largest media companies in Canada.
