There is a fair amount of marketing wrapped up in human psychology. You may or may not be aware of it, but it certainly makes fitness marketing look a lot more like fitness persuasion. I share a couple examples from the book "Influence" that you may be surprised to hear. Don't be a victim. Seek out the underlying persuasion.
