Dr. Ponti discusses anti-inflammatory medicine, foods, and injectable therapies. He also suggests staying away from processed foods boxed, bagged, or wrapped to reduce inflammation. Dr. Ponti explains a minimally invasive solution using needling by way of ultrasound to break up scar tissue.

Dr. Ponti is careful to encourage his patients to train for current goals instead of what they used to be able to do.
