Julie Keyes is the founder and owner of KeyeStrategies. Julie's mission is to help business owners increase enterprise value and prepare the owner and the business for a future exit. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and value growth advisor. But when she's not advising business owners, you can find her doing something fun outdoors with her family. She and her husband, Sean, have eight children and spend as much time with them and their grandchildren as possible.

From the Episode:

"You need to have a podcast; you need to have a book; you need to move into the e-learning space, you need to have some kind of digital product, so you're expanding your visibility. "-Dr. T

"Another part of the work I do is help the owners of the company prepare the business...through these relationships with these advisors, to help with owner readiness, and then there are the business readiness aspects of Exit Planning. And if the business isn't turnkey, then we've got some work to do. " -Julie Keyes
