I've had quote a few comments on my diet recently, so today I wanted to show you a totally real What I Eat In A Week (plus a mini exercise routine). This was a pretty heavy week for eating out in the end (not every week is like this) but I wanted to document it anyway, let me know on twitter (@hello_october_) if you would like to see more of these! Also, please be considerate in response to this video, everyone's diet is very different and "healthy" is subjective and everyones history and relationship with food is different.
