[Ep19] Have you ever heard the term Adult Learning Theory (ALT) and wondered what all it encompasses? How can we use it for making education more effective toward the desired audience? As the name implies, it relates to how adults learn, but we'll dig a little deeper to find application for a variety of learning environments, as well as compare and contrast it to concepts from how children learn.

Join us as we talk with Matthew Stryker, a Learning and Development Consultant within Mount Carmel Health System. He’s experienced with both adults and children for educational design, is licensed in Early Childhood Education, and has a Masters of Education in Technology and Instructional Design. Tune in to this episode and find out more about ALT - how it can be applied - and more - on this episode of High-Fidelity Conversations!
