Ana Quintana is a Senior Policy Analyst for Latin America and Western Hemisphere at the Heritage Foundation and previously a National Security Fellow at Foundation for Defense of Democracies and a Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy. She is a board member for the Strategic Intelligence Program at Patrick Henry College.
