In this episode Al talks about his next Homestead project after the loss of his bull. He trenched waterlines, but things were not as easy as it was when Jason put in his. He also shares about his new Idaho pasture piglets. Ben shares that they are in full berry season on his property. He also got advice from our viewers on an organic squash bug killer. Ben’s two sows Farrowed. He is going to have to do a lot of castrating. Ben’s pressure tank on his well and parts of his mini splits went out. Jason’s week starts off with sheep drama. He is discouraged with sheep netting. He also talks about his dead bug in the wells system. The guys question if technology is really beneficial for the long term health the farm animals. Jason is thinking about putting pigs in a permanent space for the winter to make compost.
