What It's Like to Achieve a World Record ft. Ralph Hannah of Guinness Book of World Records
To be the best in the world at something, is something that all bit a tiny minuscule percentage of humanity never will achieve.
But for those persistent enough, and with enough God-given ability, a World Record can be a crowning achievement on a life worth lived.
In this episode, I go over the most memorable 100m world record breaking races, and other massive achievements the world has seen.
Through chatting with Ralph Hannah, an adjudicator for Guinness Book of World Records, I learned more about what it truly means to be the best, and what it takes, whether it's an individual achievement, or the banding together of a community.
