About Joe Finneran

Joseph Finneran is an experienced and active real estate investor located in Orange County New York. His main focus has been investing in towns that are up and coming due to their proximity within the Big Apple. When covid first hit people thought real estate would collapse along with the economy.

Joe believed in continuing to buy and was one of the first ones that analyzed and captured this great opportunity to continue to invest in the outskirts of NYC during Covid due to the migration of people leaving NYC to the suburbs due to covid 19. His focus is 50 percent buy and hold and 50 percent flipping. For Joe, every property is different, and believes in looking at real estate for what its "highest and best use is" while also keeping in mind "how much time something takes". Joe has been in the industry for over 11 years and has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions to date.
