About Christopher Borden

Chris Borden is a seasoned C-Suite executive with over 25 years of experience in operational, financial, marketing, and commercial real estate strategies. As a proud father, grandfather, and husband, Chris has built a strong foundation of family values, which he integrates into his business endeavors. Originally from Hawai'i, Chris held the position of President of the state's second-largest retail food chain and served as Vice President and CMO of its parent company. Under his leadership, the company experienced consistent growth, with most years achieving mid double-digit net profit growth. Chris and his team received numerous awards and honors, and in 2019, Forbes named him a top 10 employer in Hawai'i.

In 2021, Chris and his wife made the decision to transition from their W2 careers and relocate from Hawai'i to Utah to be closer to their children and grandson. They founded and currently manage six businesses centered around real estate investing, with a focus on commercial properties. In addition, they are founding partners of two 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations aimed at providing education and economic growth opportunities in underserved countries.

With a strong emphasis on adding value and identifying opportunities for greater returns, Chris has quickly established himself as a force in the commercial real estate investment sector. In a short period, he has personally transacted over $14 million in investment debt loans and expanded into large commercial investments as a General Partner of four separate properties totaling 507 units with a combined value over $100 million.

Chris' passion for real estate investing and commitment to delivering exceptional results have earned him a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy partner in the industry. His dedication to staying informed of market trends and ability to adapt to changing conditions have contributed to his continued success in the commercial real estate investment landscape.
