Mary Ogle is a nonprofit trailblazer whose passion and commitment shine through in her role as President and CEO of A New Leaf, an organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since her installment, A New Leaf has experienced incredible growth, expanding from a team of approximately 20 to a formidable crew of over 240 under Mary’s leadership. Her forte lies in fostering vibrant and engaging work cultures, and she staunchly believes in the core principle of flexibility in the workplace.
