Angie is a life coach who helps sensitive people enjoy life without all the overwhelm, exhaustion, and anxiety. As a coach, she gets to help people know and love who they are, and feel natural confidence in sharing that person with the world. She's a new mom to her now one-year-old daughter Lana, and is truly in love with this new role and new little person in her life. Becoming a mom has transformed her in ways she couldn't have imagined, and she's excited to shed more light on the magnitude of change you can go through, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. She's committed to defining motherhood for herself, and bringing more awareness and honesty to the conversation about what being a mom really asks of you.
