In this episode of the Human Design Hive podcast, as part of Mental Health Month, Hali and I are exploring the subject of mental health and wellness through the lens of Human Design.

I’m sharing a bit of my own experience of struggling with anxiety as a new mom, and how it has led me to where I am today.

We also explore the impact of the Ajna, Spleen and Solar Plexus center's role in anxiety, and the significance of understanding, embracing, and moving through our fears.

This is a very personal and candid conversation, I hope you’ll join us!
