E-scouting for Long Distance Hunts

#058 - When you’re going on a hunt that is far from home you probably don’t have time to get into the area with boots on the ground because, you know, you’re a normal, working person who doesn’t have unlimited time and PTO to just go into the mountains every time you want. Especially if those mountains are a 5-10 hour road trip… you don’t have time to get away from work and the family just to look around and try to find some animals that you’re not even allowed to kill yet. Your only real option is to e-scout. I’ve come up with a simple 3 step framework that you can follow to e-scout on your own using onX maps and Google earth and I’m going to share as much as I can with you on this episode.
