Kiani Perera is an Anti-Racism Consultant and Coordinator. She provides the Welsh Government Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan support, training and guidance. She also supports Further and Higher Education Institutions to seamlessly embed Equity, Diversity and Inclusion into the curriculum.
Her main responsibilities include developing CPDs for curriculum departments, reviewing policies and turning tick boxes into tangible actions; to proactively support institutions to eradicate systemic discrimination.
She believes no one should face racism. As an optimist, she believes that we can dismantle this invented discrimination together.
