Episode 18. Some pressure in the right amount and for the right reason can be incredibly motivating. However, over 60% of women feel stressed and overwhelmed by unreasonable external and internal pressure nearly daily. We feel under pressure at work, in our family, and even at church, and when we look around it seems normal.

But did you ever stop to ask if you agreed to this storyline? Do you want to feel all this pressure? Have you stopped to ask, "What if I don't have to live this way?"
