Social media is making it almost impossible for young people to live a happy life, and as the very first "influencer", nobody knows the system quite like Paris.
Instagram has been tied to depression, anxiety and increased body dissatisfaction, and as we're spending more time on these platforms, we can safely assume that these concerns have not only remained, but increased.
I discuss the damaging impact of filters and effects, comparison culture, the dark side of social, how I feel when I'm using it and what I think can be done to make things easier for future generations.
I am scared for the kids of today, and this is something I am incredibly passionate about. So, sit back, relax and enjoy this episode of I Shouldn't Say This, But.
