Welcome to S2 episode 22! Today we will help you plan and start a 504 plan for your college students! Living with IBD can make things different but we are here to make the college transition easier for your teen. We will go over what to look for in a college, how to use and access disability services at your college, what to include in a 504 plan, and how to initiate it and share it with your professor. All of the info we discuss can be found on the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation's web page (below)! We are family friendly and want our audience to be involved!
