Naomi is joined on the iCandy Duo Podcast by Amy Williams MBE. Amy was the first British female to win individual Winter Olympic Gold in 58 years when she did in Vancouver in 2010. Since retiring from skeleton racing, Amy has presented for BBC Sport, ITV & The Gadget Show, is an athlete mentor for Team GB, an ambassador for the Youth Sport Trust, the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust & Sports Aid, a Personal Trainer and mum to two little boys . Amy is on the precipice of releasing her new book "Talent to Triumph: How Athletes turn potential into High performance,' so we wanted to talk to her about writing her first book but also, as a mother the importance and impact sport has had throughout her life.
