City Councilor Dan Gookin calls people who want to restrict children’s access to sexually explicit books authoritarians who are banning books. There are several areas where children are restricted in accessing a legal product and none of those folks are called banners or authoritarians. My argument today is not about the moral issue of sexually explicit books available to minors in public libraries…in today’s episode I take a look at what the State of Idaho said on the topic.
