I detta avsnitt testar vi bodyattack och gästas sedan av Lisa Rydelius. Lisa har en bred erfarenhet av livet som instruktör och är dessutom polis med yttre tjänst i Umeå. Förutom allt detta har hon även en bakgrund inom dans och tävlat på SM-nivå. Vi börjar med samtal om hennes instruktörskarriär som tagit henne runt världen tills kroppen gav upp, för att sedan prata om arbetet som polis och brottsligheten i Umeå, inte minst nu i juletid.
