Welcome to a new episode of I’ll Show You Mine! This week, James is transporting Elyse to the arcades of old with ‘Gauntlet Dark Legacy’. Released in arcades in 1999 and ported to a variety of home consoles in the following years, ‘Gauntlet Dark Legacy’ revamps the original dungeon crawler with 3D graphics and brand new characters.
Join us as we talk about the dark fantasy style of Gauntlet, the… questionable stylings of the Sorceress character, and wonder what exactly is happening in some of these game mechanics.
Our next episode will be June 6th, when Elyse shows James ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ from 2004.
