This Sunday I sit down with Author, Producer, Actress, and Comic Cathryn Michon to discuss her book 'I'm Still Here, A Dog's Purpose Forever'. Cathryn shares the inspiration behind the book and the wisdom conveyed from the dog's perspective, including the importance of living in the present moment and choosing joy over fear. She explores the grief process of losing a beloved pet and how dogs can continue to be present in our lives even after they pass away.
