Thank you for listening! The podcast is on summer break, and will return on September 15, 2024. We are revisting some of our favorite interviews over the summer, we hope you enjoy these conversations!

This week I sit down with Intimacy, Wealth, and Embodiment Coach Jasmine Hayden to discuss her work helping people heal multi-generational trauma and differentiated between trauma that belongs to us, and trauma that is passed down. She is also an artist and spiritual activist, who lends her time to social justice through her art. Jasmine articulates how art can be a vehicle of social change and a permanent record and reflection of how we respond to society, conflict, injustice, and joy.
