We’ve all experienced this at some point or another: the nagging whispers of self-doubt and that annoying fear that we're just not good enough to grab hold of the opportunities that come our way. I share a personal story of a recent experience I had on a TV presenter bootcamp.

And to help you in the moments of doubt and self sabotage, I introduce you to a really powerful strategy I learned about in a recent book I read by Jen Gottlieb called Be Seen.

That’s the notion of creating a “Badass” list. A list of all your achievements in life when you considered yourself to be a badass. And then utilising this list to make you stronger and resilient.

First I address…what does badass mean and what does it particularly mean to you?

I then talk you through creating your own list. Think of it as your personal highlight reel, a collection of moments when you felt utterly invincible. It’s a crucial reminder of your strengths, especially when the going gets tough.

By the end of this short episode, I hope you'll be inspired to start compiling your own badass list. And then use it as a way to boost your self-confidence and tackle whatever life throws your way.
