Simon Lasky is a classically trained pianist, conductor and composer. His work has been performed in some of our most prestigious halls including the Barbican and The Southbank Centre. He's passionate about bringing classical music to young people and he's recently released a new CD described by LA Jazz Scene as “atmospheric, melodic, and thoughtful”.
In this interview we talk about the agony of begging for money, composing out of silence and why it's good to be heard.
Simon is currently funding his latest album with a Kickstarter campaign. It closes on 25th November 2016 so if you want to help click here.
