Omni-Channel is a term used in ecommerce and retail to describe a business strategy that aims to provide a seamless shopping experience across all channels, including in store, mobile, and online.
At Punchmark, we are constantly encouraging our clients to integrate their online presence with their in-store ones, by integrating with their Point of Sale system, and ensuring their marketing is unified across all channels.
