Monica speaks to writer/creator Cesar Mazarigos about his new series “High & Mighty”, which screens @ Sundance Film Festival. is a buddy comedy and has been described as Unbreakable meets Friday – a superhero, but only when he’s drunk, stoned or high. The series is directed by rising director Carlos Lopez Estrada (who also premiering at the festival with his feature Blindspotting).
